Visa Application
Eligibility requirements for visitor, business, and family reunification visas:
• A visa referral note indicating type of visa and length of stay, issued by the
Passport and Immigration Office in Tripoli
• Original passport valid for no less than (6) months
• Two passport size photographs
• Minors (under 18 years) travelling alone, or with one parent, must submit a
notarized letter in Arabic or English signed by a parent or a legal guardian.
• Duly filled application form
• Visa fee payment. Proof of payment i.e., receipt through bank transfer.

General note:
• Mailing passports: Include a pre-paid return label and envelope with the
return address label filled out completely. A proper pre-paid return envelope
must include a “PRE-PAID” label. Any package without a proper pre-paid
return envelope and label will be put on hold until a proper return envelope
is received. It is the applicant’s responsibility to determine the EXACT return
shipping cost. All labels must have a tracking number and applicants are
advised to keep both incoming and outgoing tracking numbers for their
records.
