- Documents must be certified under the seal of the foreign, Commonwealth and Development office or other relevant authorities in the UK.
- Documents must be legalised by the issuing authority.

- Documents must be certified under the seal of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development office and Chamber Of Commerce.
- Payment of the financial collection fee by calculating the total amount of the invoice issued multiplied by 0.01% in addition to 50 pound for every document enclosed.
General Note:
- Payment is only made via bank transfer, Cash, Cheque or card payment is not accepted.
- Documents scanned or photographed by mobile phones are not accepted.
