السفير الليبي في بلغاريا يُشارك في الاجتماع التنسيقي بين وزارة الخارجية ووزارة المواصلات في العاصمة طرابلس

التقى السيد وزير المواصلات، السيد محمد الشهوبي، اليوم بالسيد المكلف بتسيير وزارة الخارجية، السيد طاهر الباعور، وذلك في إطار متابعة ملف الناقلة “بدر” المحتجزة في ميناء بورغاس في بلغاريا.

وحضر الاجتماع وكيل وزارة المواصلات لشؤون الديوان والنقل البحري السيد وسام الإدريسي، وسفير دولة ليبيا لدى بلغاريا السيد أبو بكر سعيد، كما حضر الاجتماع السيد رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة الوطنية للنقل البحري السيد ضياء بكرة، وعدد من مدراء الإدارات بالشركة، إلى جانب مدير الإدارة الأوروبية بوزارة الخارجية.

واستعرض الحضور مستجدات الملف والإجراءات المتخذة من قبل الشركة الوطنية للنقل البحري، خاصة على الصعيد القضائي، حيث تم التأكيد على أن المسار القانوني يسير بشكل إيجابي حتى الآن ولصالح الشركة، رغم تعقيدات القضية وتعدد الدعاوى المرفوعة على الناقلة.

كما أثنى السيد الوزير والسيد المكلف بتسيير وزارة الخارجية على الجهود المبذولة من قبل الشركة الوطنية للنقل البحري، وكذلك على دور السفارة الليبية في بلغاريا في المتابعة والتنسيق المستمر بشأن هذا الملف.

واتفق الجانبان على المضي قدماً في برنامج عمل مشترك يجمع بين المسارين القانوني والسياسي، بما يهدف إلى دعم تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية الصادرة والتواصل مع الجهات المختصة في بلغاريا، بما يكفل حماية حقوق الدولة الليبية والشركة الوطنية للنقل البحري

The Minister of Transport, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shahoubi, met today with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Taher Al-Baour, as part of the follow-up on the case of the vessel “Badr,” which is detained at the port of Burgas in Bulgaria.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Transport for Administrative Affairs and Maritime Transport, Mr. Wissam Al-Idrisi, the Ambassador of the State of Libya to Bulgaria, Mr. Abu Bakr Saeed, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Maritime Transport Company, Mr. Diaa Bakra, along with a number of department directors from the company, in addition to the Director of the European Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The attendees reviewed the latest developments in the case and the measures taken by the National Maritime Transport Company, particularly on the judicial front. It was emphasized that the legal process is progressing positively so far and in favor of the company, despite the complexity of the case and the multiple lawsuits filed against the vessel.

The Minister and the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs commended the efforts made by the National Maritime Transport Company, as well as the role of the Libyan Embassy in Bulgaria in continuously following up and coordinating on this matter.

Both sides agreed to move forward with a joint action program combining both legal and political tracks, with the aim of supporting the implementation of issued court rulings and engaging with the relevant authorities in Bulgaria, in a manner that ensures the protection of the rights of the Libyan state and the National Maritime Transport Company.
